Adjusting

It hasn`t been long since I got back to the US, so I`m still adjusting to the "new life" again. I`m going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 5:30 - then I stay in bed until 6:30-. I`m super jet legged (6 hours ahead). But soon I`ll be working and taking the bike for a ride, getting in the train and going to San Diego and having my normal amount of ice cream, shopping etc etc etc.
So far I feel like my English is so rusty. I know, I teach English but now I have to use that vocabulary I never do while I`m working, i.e those spoons and different kitchen things you have to know the name. I`m struggling.

Since this post is in English, and my American friends might read it: ANSWER UR PHONES PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U guys never answer my phone calls.
